Equipment:

Kayak Lesson: It is always a good idea to use your own equipment for your lesson.  If you bring your own kayak it needs to be fully compartmentalized, water tight bulkheads forward and aft.  Don't worry if you don't have a kayak, we can match you with one that will be appropriate for both your stature and skill level.

Paddlers are also encouraged to bring their own immersion gear (dry suit or wet suit), especially if we are going to practice capsize recovery.  If you don't have the appropriate Immersion gear you can rent that gear from us!

Potential Topics:

  • Expedition Prep.
  • Stroke Technique
  • Self Rescue
  • Eskimo Roll
  • Surf
  • Much More!

Dry Suit Rental:        Wet Suit Rental:

SUP Lesson:  Again your own gear is best!  If you bring your own board please make sure that you also have a Life Jacket and a Leash.  Don't have a board?  No problem we got you covered.  Just let us know a little bit about your experience and stature and we will get you taken care of.

Potential Topics:

  • Stroke Technique
  • Downwind Paddling
  • Course Race Paddling
  • SUP Training
  • Much More!

Please also wear clothing and footwear that you are comfortable getting wet.
