Returns & Exchanges

We understand that it can be difficult to get that perfect piece of gear the first time around. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will grant a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Item(s) must be in new condition, not missing parts, tags, or instructions and in resalable condition. Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. We do not grant refunds or exchanges for custom, discontinued, clearance, or closeout items except due to our error or an undisclosed defect.

The NRS Women's 3.0 Ultra Jane Wetsuit defines "top of the line." It's built with a feminine cut, convenient relief zipper and our quick-drying VaporLoft lining.

  • 3 mm high-stretch Terraprene neoprene insulation made from limestone and recycled tires.
  • Titanium laminate adhesive reflects heat back to your body, keeping you warmer.
  • Graphene, a graphite-based interior fabric, provides next-level against-the-skin comfort. This quick-drying and wicking fabric layer also provides added insulation.
  • Full-zip entry with a durable YKK zipper and separate relief zipper.
  • 3 mm Eco SupraTex fabric reinforces the seat and knees.
  • 2 mm high-stretch panels in the shoulders and behind the knees for ultimate flexibility.
  • Glued and blind-stitched seams lie smooth against your skin and slow the flow of water into the suit.
  • Finished edges using H2Core Rashguard material for optimal stretch.
  • Paddler's cut features generous armholes for maximum range of motion.

Tips for taking accurate measurements:

  • It's best to have a friend or family member do the measuring.
  • Use a cloth measuring tape. If you don't have one, use a cord (or an NRS strap!) and transfer that to a tape measure.
  • Measure in your street clothes; we size technical outerwear pieces like drysuits and dry tops to include room for layering underneath.
  • Stand up straight and relax

How to measure:

  1. Chest/Bust: With arms down at your sides, measure around the largest part of the chest.
  2. Waist: Measure at the natural waist; above the hip bones, across the navel.
  3. Hips: With feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips, across the fullest point of the buttocks.
  4. Head: Measure above brow, around the fullest part of the head.
