Items eligible to be returned must be post marked within 30 days of their receipt by buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. It's best to have a friend or family member do the measuring.
Stand up straight and relax. Use a cloth measuring tape, if you don't have one, use a cord and transfer that to a tape measure.
Measurements should be taken in your street clothes.
Chest: With arms down at your sides, measure around the largest part of the chest, generally across the nipples.
Waist: Measure at the natural waist; above the hip bones, across the navel.
Hips: With feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips, across the fullest point of the buttocks.
