Bent paddle shafts allow you to align your wrists in a more ergonomic position, reducing strain and fatigue while maintaining the confidence of full hand contact. Werner's neutral bent shaft design keeps the blade, ferrule and grip in a straight line for a familiar feel of a straight shaft, making finesse strokes and rolling much easier and allows for a seamless transition for those switching from straight shaft to bent shaft paddles.

Low angle paddles feature blades which are long and narrow and meant to be inserted into the water closer to parallel with the surface of the water. If your top hand stays around shoulder height you are utilizing a low angle technique. This style of paddling is very efficient and commonly used for more recreational paddling or when covering long distances and will benefit from conserving energy and reduced fatigue.

Werner paddles are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, all paddles found to have defects will be repaired when possible or when a repair is not possible, replaced at no charge. Second hand paddles, including dealer rental or demo paddles, are not covered under warranty.
